The Mud Sauna

  • Temperature: 45°C
  • Humidity: 100%
  • Sauna accepts:  7 persons

Taking a Mud Sauna consists of three steps which are as follows:

  1. Firstly, while taking a sauna you apply the Fango mud on your body, which is of volcanic origin and contains a lot of minerals. The Fango mud is a thermal wrap with a beneficial effect on the body as the warmth inside spreads through the whole body, thus improving the functioning of viscera, thyroid, blood circulation and easing pains in the loin as well as in the joints. Furthermore, when applied, it cleans the skin and pores. The temperature of the Sauna is 35°C and humidity reaches up to 20%.
  2. Secondly, after applying the Fango wrap, the steam and ethereal oils are supplied into the sauna, beneficial for the body and the spirit, until 100 % humidity and the temperature of 45°C has been reached. Afterwards the shower is turned on automatically in the sauna, cleaning your body.
  3. Finally, the body also has to be cooled off after the therapy. You can enjoy your rest in one of the corners intended for these purpose or in one of the pools. The recommended rest should take at least 20 to 30 minutes.
